PlayFame does not offer its services in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington or West Virginia under current Terms v2.5. California is not in that full-service exclusion list, but the Terms say promotional contests are no longer offered there.
PlayFame also excludes every jurisdiction outside the United States. A person must remain physically located in an eligible state while using the service and may not use a VPN or proxy to disguise location.
Provider restrictions can narrow the catalog
Some providers block games in additional states. PlayFame’s current supplier restriction list includes state-specific limits for providers such as Playtech, Playson, RubyPlay, 3 Oaks Gaming and Relax Gaming.
These supplier limits affect catalog availability rather than the platform’s overall eligibility. Two eligible players in different states may therefore see different providers or titles.
