Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Casino Context concerning the Casino Context websites, pages, content, comparisons, demos, forms, and other services that link to these Terms, collectively called the “Site.”

Read these Terms carefully. They contain a mandatory individual-arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, limits on liability, and a one-year claim period.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

You may launch a game demo only after affirmatively confirming that you are at least 21 and agree to these Terms. Ordinary Site browsing is not subject to the demo assent screen.

By selecting the acceptance control or using a game demo after accepting, you enter into an electronic contract with Casino Context. If you do not agree, do not accept the Terms or launch a game demo.

The Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

2. You must be at least 21

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old.
You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the Site is lawful where you are located.
You will not allow a person under 21 to use the Site through your device or acceptance state.

Casino Context may restrict or terminate access if it reasonably believes these requirements are not met.

3. Casino Context is an editorial publisher, not a gambling operator

Casino Context publishes reviews, comparisons, guides, game information, provider profiles, and related editorial material.

Casino Context does not:

Operate an online casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes platform, pari-mutuel service, or gambling account.
Accept deposits, purchases, wagers, entries, or prize-redemption requests.
Hold user funds or virtual currency.
Determine operator eligibility, verification, account status, game outcomes, payouts, or prizes.
Provide legal, financial, tax, medical, addiction-treatment, or investment advice.
Guarantee that any gaming or prize product is lawful or available in your location.

Any account, purchase, game, promotion, wager, prize, verification, or dispute with an operator is solely between you and that operator.

4. Your responsibility for legality and eligibility

Gaming, gambling, sweepstakes, pari-mutuel, promotional, and prize laws vary by jurisdiction and can change.

You are solely responsible for confirming the law that applies where you are physically located, age, identity, residency, geolocation, registration, and eligibility requirements, current operator and promotion terms, game rules, payment terms, responsible-play controls, and tax or reporting consequences.

Casino Context content does not replace official rules or advice from a qualified professional.

5. Editorial information and no guarantee of accuracy

Casino Context seeks to publish useful and evidence-based information, but the Site may contain errors, omissions, estimates, opinions, archived facts, or information that becomes outdated.

Operators can change availability, bonuses, purchase options, game catalogs, currencies, rules, verification, payout limits, processing times, RTP configurations, volatility descriptions, maximum-win figures, and other terms without notice.

Casino Context does not warrant that:

Content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances.
A link, offer, promotion, demo, operator, or game will remain available.
You will qualify for an offer, account, prize, redemption, or payout.
A stated RTP, volatility, maximum, or game configuration applies to every operator or session.
A review, score, rank, comparison, or opinion predicts your experience or outcome.

Official operator terms and game rules control your relationship with the operator.

6. Affiliate relationships

Some Site links are compensated affiliate links. Casino Context may receive compensation if you click a link and later register, purchase, deposit, play, or complete another qualifying action.

Compensation may be fixed, performance-based, recurring, or otherwise tied to a referral. It may influence which commercial links or operators appear, but it does not guarantee a favorable score or finding.

7. Third-party sites, operators, and demos

The Site may link to or embed services controlled by third parties. A link, review, comparison, or embed does not make Casino Context responsible for the third party or create an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, employment, or guarantee relationship.

Casino Context does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, security, privacy, availability, conduct, account decisions, verification, geolocation, support, purchases, payments, refunds, prizes, redemptions, taxes, losses, game operation, configuration, malfunction, cookies, tracking, statements, promotions, or contractual breaches.

You access third-party services at your own risk and under their terms.

8. Responsible use

Casino-style games and gambling can involve financial and psychological harm. Never treat a review, bonus, RTP figure, strategy article, or past result as a promise of profit.

Set limits, avoid chasing losses, and stop if play is causing harm. Use available operator controls and seek qualified help where appropriate.

Casino Context may restrict access to demos, links, or other features when it considers doing so appropriate for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Limited licence

Casino Context grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Except where law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

Copy, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content.
Create a database, competing publication, model-training corpus, or derivative commercial product from Site content.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, download, or extract Site content through automated means without written permission.
Circumvent access controls, rate limits, robots instructions, security measures, or technical restrictions.
Remove copyright, trademark, source, disclosure, or attribution notices.
Frame, mirror, impersonate, or misrepresent Casino Context or the Site.
Reverse engineer Site software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Search engines and automated systems may access only the routes and representations Casino Context expressly makes available to them and must follow published technical restrictions.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its original text, design, code, scoring systems, compilations, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Casino Context and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, screenshots, game artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Casino Context.

No right is granted except the limited licence stated in these Terms.

11. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Use the Site unlawfully, while under 21, or to encourage unlawful activity.
Interfere with the Site, its servers, or another person’s use.
Attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability testing, credential attacks, or code execution.
Introduce malware, abusive traffic, false requests, or deceptive content.
Use Site information to harass, discriminate, defraud, threaten, or harm anyone.
Submit false legal, privacy, or arbitration requests.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
Use contact channels for advertising, spam, recruitment, or unrelated solicitation.
Help another person violate these Terms.

Casino Context may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with authorities where lawful.

12. Messages and submissions

You are responsible for information you submit through a Casino Context form.

You grant Casino Context a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, and disclose your submission only as reasonably necessary to answer it, investigate it, operate the Site, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect legal rights.

Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, unlawful material, or third-party personal data unless you are authorized to do so. Privacy requests and legal notices will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Submitting feedback does not require Casino Context to use it or compensate you.

13. Suspension, modification, and termination

Casino Context may modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue any Site feature or content at any time.

Casino Context may suspend or terminate your access if it reasonably believes you violated these Terms, created risk, interfered with the Site, or exposed Casino Context or another party to potential liability.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and general terms.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Casino Context disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, security, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and results.

Casino Context does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free from harmful components, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow Casino Context to exclude.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casino Context and its owners, officers, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, prizes, deposits, purchases, virtual currency, or anticipated savings.

Casino Context is not liable for losses arising from reliance on Site content, gambling, gaming, sweepstakes, purchases, prizes, financial decisions, a third-party operator, affiliate network, demo, link, product, or service, unauthorized access, malware, outages, errors, data loss outside Casino Context’s reasonable control, or your breach of operator terms, law, or these Terms.

Casino Context’s aggregate liability arising from or connected with the Site will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid directly to Casino Context for use of the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate wrongdoing, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Casino Context for reasonable losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising directly from your intentional unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent submission.

This section does not require you to indemnify Casino Context for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, or responsibility that cannot legally be transferred.

17. Informal dispute resolution

Before commencing arbitration or court proceedings, the claimant must submit a Legal Notice through the Casino Context legal and privacy contact form.

The notice must include the claimant’s name and email, the relevant facts, the legal basis of the claim, the requested relief, and supporting information. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 45 days after a complete notice is received.

A limitation period is paused during that 45-day period where applicable law permits.

18. Mandatory individual arbitration

Except for the exclusions below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or connected with the Site, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Affiliate Disclosure, including a question about existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration under the LCIA Rules in effect when the arbitration begins.

The arbitration will have:

One arbitrator.
A legal seat determined under the LCIA Rules unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
English as the language.
Applicable law determined under these Terms, the LCIA Rules, and any mandatory legal requirements.
Remote or documents-only proceedings unless the arbitrator determines that an in-person hearing is necessary.

For a consumer claim brought in good faith, your required arbitration fees will not exceed £250 or the filing fee for an equivalent court claim, whichever is lower. Casino Context will pay remaining LCIA and arbitrator fees unless the arbitrator determines that the claim was frivolous, abusive, or brought in bad faith. Each party otherwise bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator or applicable law awards them.

The arbitrator may award any individual remedy a competent court could award. The award will be final and binding, subject to any review that cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, seeking urgent temporary relief from a competent court to protect intellectual property, security, or confidential information, reporting a matter to a regulator or law-enforcement authority, or bringing a claim that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated.

19. Class-action and representative-action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must proceed only on an individual basis.

Neither you nor Casino Context may bring, join, administer, or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, private-attorney-general, or representative proceeding against the other.

The arbitrator may not combine claims or grant relief for anyone who is not a party to the individual arbitration without every affected party’s written consent.

If this waiver is finally held unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction after all arbitrable matters are completed.

20. Arbitration opt-out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by submitting an Arbitration Opt-Out through the Casino Context legal and privacy contact form within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.

The request must include your name, email, acceptance date if known, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Casino Context may use the information only to verify and record the request.

Opting out does not affect the remaining Terms. If you opt out, covered disputes may be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

21. Time limit for claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a claim relating to the Site or these Terms must be formally commenced within one year after the claimant knew or reasonably should have known of the facts giving rise to it.

A claim filed later is permanently barred. This limit does not apply where applicable law requires a longer period that cannot be shortened by agreement.

22. Applicable law and courts

These Terms, the arbitration agreement, and any dispute are governed by the law or rules of law determined to apply under these Terms, the LCIA Rules, and applicable mandatory legal requirements.

Any non-arbitrable dispute, arbitration-enforcement proceeding, or permitted request for court relief may be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms creates jurisdiction in a court that would not otherwise have it or overrides a non-waivable right to another forum.

23. Changes to these Terms

Casino Context may update these Terms prospectively.

Material changes will receive a new effective date and require renewed clickwrap acceptance before continued Site use. Changes do not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the revised Terms were accepted unless both parties agree.

24. General terms

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, are the entire agreement concerning the Site.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Casino Context’s written consent. Casino Context may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, business transfer, or sale.

These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or joint-venture relationship.

Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.
