What PlayFame may request
Verification can include a government-issued passport, driver’s license or state ID, a recent address document, a redacted copy of the payment method and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth records. PlayFame may also use third-party identity and location providers.
The registered name must match the government ID and payment method. Keep the residential address current before making a purchase or beginning a verification request.
Timing and location access
PlayFame may restrict account access while checks are incomplete. Terms v2.5 allow the company to terminate, deactivate or restrict an account when requested documents are not supplied within 30 days.
Location Services must remain enabled to operate the service or access the account. A VPN or proxy that hides the actual location violates the eligibility rules.
Protect sensitive documents
Submit documents only through the signed-in PlayFame flow or a support route opened from the official domain. Do not send full payment credentials through social media or to an unsolicited contact.
Before submitting verification
- Match the legal name across the account, ID and payment method
- Use a current residential address
- Check that every image is clear and complete
- Redact only the payment fields PlayFame permits
- Keep the case number and submission date
- Respond before the 30-day deadline
