Available account controls

PlayFame’s current Player Trust and Safety Controls include:

• Daily, weekly or monthly Gold Coin purchase limits.
• Daily session limits of 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours.
• Time-outs lasting from 1 day to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion lasting from 1 month to 1 year.

Lower spending or session limits take effect immediately. Increasing or removing them requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Time-out and self-exclusion

A time-out blocks purchases and gameplay but allows access to account details and prize redemption requests.

Self-exclusion blocks login and platform activity for the selected period. It cannot be reversed early. PlayFame says an account remains closed after the period until the player requests reactivation, which then carries a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Balance and cross-brand considerations

PlayFame advises requesting every eligible prize before self-exclusion or account closure. The company will manually process an eligible prize if the player does not request it first and will ask for bank details if no payment method is saved.

Gold Coin and SC balances still expire after 60 days of inactivity, including during a longer exclusion. Exclusions apply per account, so a player with accounts at related brands must set controls separately.
