What to know
Pulsz excludes access from Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia, plus every jurisdiction outside the United States. Mississippi, New Jersey and Indiana have limited promotions under current Terms v5.1.
The current state help page calls Indiana, Maine, Mississippi and New Jersey Gold Coin-only states, but it also lists Maine as accessible while the Terms exclude it. The safer reading is that the Terms control. Players in Maine should not assume even Gold Coin access until Pulsz corrects the conflict.
One account is permitted. Identity, age and location verification can affect registration, SC participation and prize eligibility.
