GiddyUp will disable credit purchases on October 15, 2026, while cash withdrawals remain available until November 2, according to the official deadline notice. Existing customers have a longer window to request cash withdrawals than to buy credits, but the notice does not explain every step of the wind-down.

GiddyUp is a pari-mutuel platform: its real-money game results are tied to horse-racing wagers. KHK Games runs the customer-facing brand, while AmWest conducts the wagering and holds player funds. That distinction matters when tracing an unresolved balance or transaction.

GiddyUp’s confirmed wind-down dates

DateWhat changes
October 15, 2026Credit purchases will be disabled.
November 2, 2026Cash withdrawals remain available until this date.
Exact cutoff times and time zones are unspecified.

GiddyUp has not specified a cutoff time or time zone in the notice. It also does not identify a final gameplay date, a separate deposit cutoff, or the last day customers can access their accounts.

November 2 should not be read as a promise that every withdrawal will reach a bank account by then. Players with eligible cash should allow time for verification and processing rather than wait until the final date.

What happens to your GiddyUp balance?

Cash and purchased credits are different balances. GiddyUp permits withdrawals of eligible account funds after relevant deductions and checks. A displayed credit amount should not automatically be treated as the same amount of withdrawable cash. The wind-down notice does not describe a blanket conversion or refund of unused credits.

Promotional credits are not cash. GiddyUp’s Terms of Use make Promo Credits nonwithdrawable and subject to restrictions. Reveal All Winnings can forfeit pending Promo Credits after a warning and confirmation. Players should understand that consequence before using the control.

Pending transactions need individual attention. An unsettled wager, uncleared payment, verification check, or account restriction can affect the available balance. The public notice does not explain how every pending case will be handled after November 2, or establish that remaining funds will be forfeited.

GiddyUp still lists a $50 minimum withdrawal in its FAQ. A wind-down exception for smaller cash balances has not been established. If your balance is below that threshold, ask support how it will be returned. Do not deposit or gamble more simply to reach the minimum.

What players should do now

  1. Check your cash balance and transaction history. Separate withdrawable cash from credits, pending wagers, and withdrawals already requested.
  2. Follow the official withdrawal process. Complete any required verification through the secure account workflow. Keep the amount, request date, destination method, and confirmation reference.
  3. Save your records. Retain account statements, balance records, the deadline notice, and support replies before access changes.
  4. Raise unresolved cases promptly. Explain the balance or transaction involved and request written guidance on the next step, expected processing time, and treatment after the withdrawal window.

Access your GiddyUp account to review your balance and available withdrawal options.

Contact GiddyUp support if a withdrawal is blocked, a balance falls below the minimum, or a transaction remains pending. GiddyUp provides [email protected] for customer inquiries. Keep one case reference and avoid sending passwords or full payment-card details by email.

Why is GiddyUp winding down?

The public deadline notice does not explain the reason for the wind-down. It establishes the credit-purchase and cash-withdrawal timetable, without announcing bankruptcy, insolvency, or a regulatory cause.

GiddyUp’s account-specific instructions may contain additional information. The two public dates alone do not establish when all support, gameplay, or account access will end.

Alternatives to GiddyUp

Another platform will have its own eligibility, verification, wagering, and withdrawal rules. Resolving a GiddyUp balance does not require opening another gambling account.

Jokio

Jokio distinguishes previewed APool wagers from BPool advance wagering without an exact pre-purchase preview. Its current terms also contain a seven-day reveal condition for settled BPool tickets: ownership of affected unrevealed tickets and proceeds can transfer to AmWest. Withdrawals ordinarily take up to five business days to process, with checks and method-specific minimums. Wagering requires an eligible residence and physical location. Read our Jokio review.

Horseplay

Horseplay offers wager previews and a reshuffle control before confirmation, giving players a way to inspect the proposed wager mix. Its withdrawal terms allow account and payment-method limits, and processing uses a five-business-day reasonable-efforts target rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Access depends on eligibility and verification. Read our Horseplay review.
