Where is GiddyUp available?
GiddyUp currently lists Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, and Wyoming in its Terms. Availability can change by state, product, pool, payment method, or account status.
How the operator relationship works
KHK Games provides the GiddyUp platform and customer experience as an authorized affiliate. AmWest conducts the advance-deposit wagers and holds customer funds. State availability should therefore be attributed to the platform’s current rules rather than shortened to a blanket statement that GiddyUp itself holds every relevant license.
Age, identity, and account requirements
Customers must be at least 21, provide accurate identity and contact details, maintain only one personal account, and use payment methods they are authorized to use. GiddyUp and AmWest can perform identity, age, address, location, exclusion, fraud, sanctions, and payment checks.

Residence, travel, and location wording
GiddyUp’s FAQ says a permanent resident of a listed state can play from anywhere and describes narrower rules for nonresidents. The Terms require use from an authorized jurisdiction and allow geolocation checks. Follow the more conservative live location decision and ask support for written guidance before traveling.
Geolocation and prohibited circumvention
GiddyUp can use IP, device, GPS, and other location signals. A disabled or failed check can prevent wagering. Do not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, or other tool to mask location.

The list describes current platform availability, not a legal conclusion for every person or feature. Registration, residence, physical location, payment, account status, and the selected wager can each affect access.
