GiddyUp’s earlier funding routes included ACH, cards, and Aeropay. For an existing payment, retain the amount, processor, fee, settlement status, and payment-method record. Contact support about missing or reversed transactions instead of making another deposit.

AmWest holds customer wagering funds under the disclosed relationship, while GiddyUp displays Player Credits, Promo Credits, pending wagers, and winnings. The live wallet should reconcile each label to a dollar amount and withdrawal status.
Clearing, fees, and chargebacks
A deposit can appear before final settlement. A returned ACH, rejected payment, or chargeback can reverse related credits, produce an amount owed, trigger costs, or restrict the account. A bank or issuer can add a fee even when GiddyUp does not.
Declined or missing deposits
