GiddyUp Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
Account limit
One per person
Inactivity threshold
Six months
Monthly inactivity fee
Greater of 5% or $5, capped at $100
Reveal All Winnings
Can forfeit pending Promo Credits and lock processing
Creating and recovering an account
Use accurate legal information and recover an existing account instead of opening another one. Accounts, credits, balances, and promotional benefits cannot be sold, shared, assigned, or transferred.
Changing personal information
Keep residence, email, phone, tax details, and payment information current. A change can trigger reverification or affect state and payment eligibility.
Restricted, suspended, and inactive accounts
Duplicate accounts, inaccurate identity, location circumvention, chargebacks, fraud, promotion abuse, exclusion status, or compliance review can restrict access. Ordinary qualifying activity can stop future inactivity charges, but prior fees may remain.
Reveal All Winnings and account closure
Use Reveal All Winnings only after checking the Promo Credit consequence and expected lock. Ordinary closure, self-exclusion, and privacy deletion are different requests. Ask how unsettled wagers, eligible funds, and retained regulatory records will be handled.
