The current Sweeps Rules exclude California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington from FC participation.
The current Terms opening notice excludes California, Idaho, Michigan, New York and Washington from account creation, then defines an Excluded Territory without New York. The current customer eligibility page lists those five states for U.S. platform access. Account access therefore does not prove eligibility to use or redeem FC.
Canadian differences do not affect the U.S. score
Canadian access is contextual in this review. The Sweeps Rules exclude Ontario and Quebec, the Terms opening notice does the same, and the customer eligibility page mentions Quebec but omits Ontario. Canadian participants must meet the applicable provincial age, receive CAD at the Bank of Canada conversion and answer a skill-testing question within three attempts.
The U.S. pillar scores do not reward or penalize those Canadian rules.
