The current Sweeps Rules establish 1x as the default playthrough but allow Fortune Wins to impose or modify a different multiplier by game, promotion or region. WAR does not count when a playthrough requirement applies.
A 3,000 FC welcome total therefore has a nominal $30 conversion, not an immediate $30 cash balance. The account must display the FC as redeemable after eligible play before it can contribute to the 5,000 FC minimum.
Bank and Visa Virtual Card are the documented U.S. routes
Fortune Wins can send U.S. cash prizes to a bank account or a Visa Virtual Card supplied through Payout.com. Official support material says requests are commonly approved in 3 to 5 business days, with the virtual card arriving within minutes after approval. The Rules do not guarantee that timing, and verification can extend the process.
Florida caps the prize value allocated from one FC play below $5,000. Fortune Wins also caps total FC won in a 48-hour period at 15,000,000 FC, equal to $150,000 under the current U.S. conversion.
Canadian redemptions use CAD conversion and require a skill-testing question. Those differences are not part of the U.S. score.
