SweepJungle describes a Gold Coin purchase as paying to skip the periodic free refill period. The purchase grants an entertainment license to use more Gold Coins immediately; it is not a deposit and cannot be withdrawn.
No purchase is required to access the games. Public package prices, payment brands and account-specific purchase limits are not listed consistently outside the account.
Final-sale and pricing rules
Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise, according to the current Terms. The checkout total can include processing or payment-method adjustments, but the total must be presented before confirmation.
Review the final amount rather than relying on a package card or earlier screen. Save the receipt and the package description in case the balance is not credited correctly.
Payment ownership and disputes
Purchases must use a personal payment method owned by the account holder. Unusual activity, multiple payment methods or a new method introduced before a promotional benefit can trigger additional verification or account restrictions.
Contact support before initiating a payment dispute. SweepJungle may suspend an account during a chargeback investigation and can permanently close an account it considers associated with an abusive or fraudulent dispute.
