SweepJungle requires each account holder to be a natural person aged 21 or older, or the higher minimum required in the person’s jurisdiction, under the current Terms.
The account holder must not be physically located where the service or games are prohibited or restricted.
Restricted jurisdictions
SweepJungle’s current Terms say the games are unavailable to residents of:
- Arizona
- California
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Indiana
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee
- Washington
- West Virginia
- Washington, D.C.
The list identifies excluded residences, but it does not guarantee access in every other state. Local law, physical-location checks and product-specific restrictions can still control.
Device location and truthful details
SweepJungle can collect device-location data and limit or deny access when it cannot verify location. Its Privacy Policy describes GPS, Wi-Fi and cellular information among the possible location signals.
Account details must be accurate and complete. Purchases must use a personal payment method owned by the account holder, and the account cannot be transferred, shared or merged.
