What SweepJungle can request
SweepJungle can conduct identity, credit and other checks to prevent financial crime or satisfy legal requirements. The Terms list:
- Photo identification such as a driver license or state ID.
- Proof of address such as a utility bill.
- Source-of-wealth or source-of-funds evidence such as a bank statement.
- Information needed for external third-party verification.
The 30-day rule
A verification request can remain pending while required checks are incomplete. If a requested document is not provided in the required form within 30 days of the first request, SweepJungle can stop the check, restrict the account or close it.
That deadline makes it important to respond through the official account flow and ask support to confirm receipt. The redemption interface can require additional account action, so a pending identity or location review can delay access to a prize request.
Location and payment consistency
Device location may be used to confirm where the account holder is physically present. Purchase activity can also be compared with the account identity and payment ownership.
Verification preflight
- Confirm the request on the official account or support channel
- Use a current, readable document
- Match the account name and address
- Mask unrelated account numbers when permitted
- Keep the submission date and case number
- Follow up before the 30-day deadline
