Registration and account ownership
SweepJungle requires a valid email address controlled by the account holder. The account can be used only by that person and cannot be shared, transferred or merged.
Registration asks for a name, email address, phone number and password. The Terms make the user responsible for keeping account details accurate and reporting changes.
Account security
Report a suspected password disclosure, unauthorized access or other compromise immediately. Use a unique password and secure the registered email because it is the primary route for account access and support.
SweepJungle can reject, suspend, modify or terminate an account. Fraud, automated tools, account sharing, payment disputes and location problems are among the behaviors that can trigger restrictions.
Closing the account
The responsible-play policy offers permanent closure through customer support. It does not publish a general dormancy period or a routine reopening process after permanent closure.
Save purchase receipts, SC transaction history, prize requests and support correspondence before requesting closure. Gold Coins remain entertainment-only, while any pending SC prize request is governed by the authenticated rules.
Personal-data requests
The Privacy Policy describes rights that can vary by location, including requests to access, correct or delete personal data. Account closure and data deletion are related but separate requests, so state both outcomes when both are wanted.
Marketing choices
SweepJungle’s Terms allow opt-in marketing through email, SMS, messaging apps, in-app notices and phone calls, including calls using prerecorded or AI-generated voices. Promotional texts and calls require consent, and users can opt out through account settings, an unsubscribe control, a STOP reply or support.
Essential service notices can continue after a marketing opt-out. The Terms specifically include security, legal and AMOE-related updates in that category.
