Account controls

SweepJungle’s responsible-play policy describes:

• Daily, weekly or monthly spending limits.
• Loss thresholds for selected periods.
• Session-duration limits.
• In-game currency-use limits.
• Reality checks showing time and activity.
• Account-history and visual activity summaries.

Tighter limits take effect immediately, while easing a restriction requires a waiting period. The policy does not state the length of that waiting period.

Timeouts

A timeout can last 24 or 72 hours. A request without a selected duration defaults to 24 hours. Access, play and purchases are unavailable during the timeout, and the period cannot be reversed or shortened.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion can last 7, 14 or 30 days, with 7 days used by default when no period is selected. Requests can be made through customer support or [email protected].

No early reinstatement is allowed. Attempting to bypass the control with another account can lead to an extended or permanent exclusion.

Third-party and involuntary exclusions

Family members or other concerned third parties can request an exclusion, subject to SweepJungle verifying the request. SweepJungle can also impose a temporary or permanent exclusion when it believes a user shows problem-play behavior, bypasses controls or is the subject of a credible harm report.

An affected user should receive the reason and duration and can submit an appeal or clarification. The policy leaves the final decision with SweepJungle.

Requesting a play control

1. Use the account control when it is available
2. Otherwise contact [email protected] from the registered email
3. Name the exact limit, timeout or exclusion period
4. Ask for the activation time in writing
5. Report continued access immediately
