Keeping details current
Update legal name, address, email, phone and payment information through the profile or support. Do not create a second account when access is lost.
Account sharing, sale and transfer are prohibited. Duplicate or inaccurate profiles can void coins, offers and prize requests.
Inactivity and closure
Rolla can deactivate an account and zero its Gold Coin balance after 60 days without activity. SC have their own 60-day receipt-based expiration, so logging in does not necessarily preserve every SC award.
Resolve pending prize requests and download needed records before requesting closure. Because current policies conflict on pending treatment, obtain a written answer from support first.
