Spending limits
Players can set daily, weekly and monthly purchase limits in the profile. Decreases apply immediately. Increases and removals require a 24-hour cooling period.
Use the lowest interval that controls the behavior causing concern. A monthly cap alone may still permit concentrated spending on one day.
Timeout and self-exclusion
Timeout is available through the account and blocks login until the selected period expires. Self-exclusion is requested through support with the subject line specified by the responsible-gaming policy.
Do not wait for a prize request to finish before requesting a necessary safety restriction. Tell support that a request is pending and ask for written confirmation of its treatment because the current policies conflict.
