American Luck excludes California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington from its current sweepstakes promotion.
General account eligibility requirements exclude only California, Idaho, Michigan, New York and Washington. An account may therefore be available in a state where SC play is not. The narrower account list must not be used as a sweepstakes-eligibility list.
