Building a support ticket

Include the registered email, date and time, device, browser, game or transaction reference and a concise description. Attach a redacted screenshot when it helps establish the account state.

Ask support to identify the governing clause when a decision involves state eligibility, playthrough, expiration, verification or prize limits. Preserve the offer and every response.

Arbitration opt-out

American Luck’s Terms include individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. A new user can opt out within 30 days by mailing the notice required by the current Terms to the specified Ontario address.
