Minimum, rate and routes
A player needs at least 50 eligible SC for a prize request. The published rate is 1 SC to $1. Available routes include bank cash and a Visa virtual card.
American Luck can process only one request in a 24-hour period. The daily request maximum is 9,550 SC, and requests above 2,000 SC can trigger additional verification. Florida play is capped at a 4,900 SC result per spin or play.
Playthrough and verification
Collected SC normally require one play before prize use, although a game, promotion or region can apply different conditions. Only eligible played-through SC can be requested.
Complete KYC and confirm the bank or card details. A pending verification review can delay the request beyond the typical 3 to 7 business-day identity-check window.
Closure and expiration
SC can expire after 60 days without login. If American Luck closes an account, the rules provide seven days to request eligible remaining value before forfeiture. Do not wait until the final day to resolve verification.
