RichSweeps currently blocks California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah and Washington.
The Sweepstakes Rules name only Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana and Nevada, plus locations where the promotion is otherwise prohibited. That narrower list does not establish access in the other 11 states because the live platform applies the broader block.
Identity and location
Players must use accurate legal details, maintain one account and complete any location or identity checks. Mail-in requests must use the residential address tied to the account, and a Postal Request Code can be generated only after login.
