Profile and records
Keep the registered email, legal name, date of birth and residential address current. Duplicate accounts, shared identities, automated play and collusive methods can trigger closure and forfeiture.
Download or preserve purchase confirmations, play records, promotion terms and prize-request references. The current Sweepstakes Rules make players responsible for retaining transaction records and updated rule copies.
Closure and balances
RichSweeps may forfeit SC when an account closes, including a closure made at the sponsor’s discretion. Resolve eligible prize requests before requesting voluntary closure and obtain written confirmation of the balance treatment.
Support can also correct mistaken credits and recover a prize issued in error.
