Verification scope
ToraTora can perform identification, credit, location and financial-crime checks. Prize requests remain pending until the company is satisfied with eligibility and account ownership.
Additional validation can apply to a single request or combined requests above $2,000. Examples include photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership and income documentation.
Deadlines and safety
The Terms allow account restriction if requested documents are not supplied in the required form within 30 days. Submit only through the authenticated official flow and save the confirmation.
Match the legal name and address across the account, identification and payment route. Contact support before sending sensitive records through ordinary email.
