The universal threshold is the main practical limitation

Chumba’s 100 SC minimum applies to cash and gift-card requests. The balance must consist of eligible winnings, not merely allocated SC that has not completed playthrough. A player with 99 eligible SC cannot use the gift-card route as a lower-threshold exit.

Requests over $10,000 can receive additional bank, security, and fraud checks and may add up to seven days. Chumba can also limit daily redemption to $10,000 or another amount required by its obligations and partners. In Florida, a prize from one play is capped at $5,000.

Chumba redemption process

  1. Eligibility | Complete playthrough and reach at least 100 eligible SC
  2. Verification | Satisfy identity, address, location, and payment-ownership checks
  3. Request | Choose cash or an available gift card and submit accurate details
  4. Processing | Chumba handles one request per account in each 24-hour period
  5. Receipt | Allow the receiving bank or gift-card service to complete delivery

Chumba can charge a processing fee, although the current Terms do not publish a fixed amount. Confirm any fee before submitting rather than inferring it from an older help article.
