Chumba Casino Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
Account limit
One, including inactive accounts
SC inactivity expiry
60 days after last login
Reopening
Support may evaluate a request
Closure effect
SC may be forfeited
The currency clock is shorter than account inactivity
Chumba’s 60-day SC expiry can affect value long before an account is treated as dormant for other purposes. Logging in resets the stated SC clock, but a reminder is not a substitute for deciding whether continued participation is appropriate.
Closing the account without first resolving an eligible prize balance can create avoidable friction because current Terms allow forfeiture and do not promise reopening. Contact support before closure if a redemption is pending or an account restriction is unresolved.
Duplicate accounts create verification risk
An old or inactive account still counts toward Chumba’s one-account rule. A returning player should recover the existing account through support rather than registering again with a new email.
