Platform access and Sweepstakes access are different
Chumba’s Standard Play restriction removes access in Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. Promotional Play adds California, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Residents in that second group may encounter Gold Coin-only access rather than a full block.
Indiana exposes a current policy conflict
Terms v25.0 dated June 30, 2026 adds Indiana to the Promotional Play exclusion list. Chumba’s public geoblock page did not include Indiana when checked on July 21, 2026. The newer Terms are the safer operational baseline because they directly govern participation.
Travel can temporarily change access even when the registered home state is eligible. Moving can also trigger a new eligibility and verification review.
