High 5’s current help guide lists Prizeout delivery as instant to a few hours, Skrill as one to two business days, and Trustly as three to five business days. Sweepstakes Rules v43.0 allow up to 10 days and longer for a single or cumulative $2,000 calendar-year threshold. The Rules also reserve processing fees without publishing a fixed amount.
Prizeout supports digital cards from 50 to 250 SC under the public guide. Skrill requires a prior Skrill purchase and publicly supports requests up to 10,000 SC. Trustly supports bank transfer for verified users and does not require a prior Trustly purchase according to the guide.
High 5 redemption process
- Eligibility | Complete the applicable playthrough and reach 50 SC for non-cash or 100 SC for cash
- Verification | Complete identity, address, location, and any enhanced checks
- Method | Choose Prizeout, Skrill, or Trustly based on account eligibility
- Request | Submit accurate details; only one request is processed per 48 hours
- Delivery | Use the Rules’ 10-day ceiling rather than treating the help estimate as guaranteed
Florida limits the maximum prize redeemed by one participant during a Sweepstakes entry period to $5,000. This is a period limit under the current Rules, not merely a per-spin cap.
