An old account still matters
High 5’s registration flow actively detects existing email associations. A returning player should recover the existing username or email through the official flow instead of creating another account. Referral and promotion activity across duplicate accounts can also be treated as abuse.
Prestige can decline when recent activity falls. Losing a tier removes access to prior rewards and perks, so a status screen is not a promise of permanent benefits.
Close or exclude with balances in mind
Current Terms allow virtual currencies to be forfeited after suspension or termination. Resolve a pending redemption and retain transaction records before requesting ordinary account closure, unless urgent safety needs require immediate exclusion.
