High 5’s verification guide describes SMS, a photo ID, selfie, and proof of address dated within three months. Terms v45.0 add payment-mechanism, credit-background, source-of-funds, and source-of-wealth checks when required. The Terms control the broader range.
The help guide estimates two to three business days for ordinary review, but this is not a guaranteed completion time. Prize requests remain subject to eligibility and winning-play validation, and High 5 can verify again for later requests.
Location is part of KYC
High 5 requires location services on every device used to access the account. A correct ID does not override a physical-location block, and a location match does not replace identity or address evidence.
