Stake.us excludes Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia.
Access is limited to the continental United States and Hawaii outside those jurisdictions. The account holder must provide accurate identity and residential details and use the platform only from an eligible location. The exclusion applies to platform access, account creation and both Gold Coin and Stake Cash play, not only to prize-eligible promotional play.
Three 2026 Terms updates added more states
Terms v16.0 on May 19, v17.0 on July 1 and v18.0 on July 10 each record the addition of further excluded states. The current Help Center list matches the 22 states in v18.0, but the pace of change means an older review or saved screenshot can become inaccurate quickly.
Minnesota is not on the current exclusion list, even though a federal court in that state denied Stake.us’s motion to compel arbitration at an early stage on July 1, 2026. That procedural ruling was not a final decision on every claim, but it reinforces the need to recheck the current Terms before participating.
