Breaks preserve redemption access

A break in play can last 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 2 months or 3 months. Stake.us disables play, purchases and promotional claims during the break, but the user can still log in and redeem an eligible balance. The break cannot be shortened after activation.

This is the better tool for a temporary pause when account access or redemption remains necessary. It should not be confused with ordinary account closure or longer self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion is stronger and less reversible

Self-exclusion periods include 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, 10 years and indefinite. The account becomes inaccessible, and play, purchases and redemptions are unavailable during the term. A selected fixed term cannot be reversed early.

An indefinite exclusion can be considered for return only after at least six months and a formal review. Approval is not automatic.

The control set lacks custom limits

Stake.us publishes a platform maximum of $9,000 in Gold Coin purchases per day, but that ceiling is not a personal safer-play limit. Current public guidance does not document a player-selected purchase, loss, play or session-time cap.

The fixed breaks and long exclusions are useful stop controls. Players who need a lower ongoing budget boundary may prefer a casino that exposes adjustable account limits before spending becomes a concern.

If play feels difficult to control, stop purchasing and playing, use the strongest appropriate restriction and seek independent support. Responsible play tools are preventive controls, not guarantees against financial harm.
