Stake.us Verification & KYC

Registration begins the identity record

Stake.us requires the account holder’s full legal name, date of birth, permanent residential address and email. It can request identity evidence, proof of address, payment ownership or source-of-funds information when needed for security and compliance.

The current Veriff flow requires a live image of an original physical document and a live selfie. Screenshots, printed copies and temporary documents are not accepted under current guidance. Good lighting, an unexpired document and an exact match between the account and ID reduce avoidable rejection.

Before starting Stake.us verification

• Match the account name, date of birth and address to the document
• Use an accepted original physical ID that is current and undamaged
• Allow camera access and use even lighting for the live capture
• Prepare current proof of address if Stake.us requests it
• Confirm the payment method belongs to the verified account holder

No public completion time is guaranteed

Stake.us does not promise one KYC turnaround for every account. A failed automated check, changed address, payment mismatch or enhanced review can require more documentation. Prize requests remain pending until required checks are complete, and the account may be restricted or suspended during review.

If a requested document is not supplied in the required form within 30 days of the first request, Stake.us can stop the verification process and restrict or deactivate the account. Players should respond through the secure flow, preserve the request date and ask support to identify any missing document before that period expires.

The Privacy Policy describes collection of government identifiers, financial and transaction data, device information, precise location, communications and potentially biometric information. That scope makes it important to use only the official secure verification flow.
