The 3x rule applies broadly to non-winnings SC
Current Terms require customers to play Stake Cash three times before redemption except for Stake Cash won through promotional play. This is broader than package bonuses and can cover free promotional Stake Cash received through routes such as a qualifying package. The account’s redemption-progress meter tracks the requirement.
Stake Cash won through eligible promotional play is exempt from a new 3x cycle. The official redemption-progress article gives a package example: 10 SC granted alongside a Gold Coin purchase requires 30 SC of qualifying play. That example illustrates the calculation but does not narrow the broader Terms rule to package SC alone.
The minimum and fee remain account specific
Stake.us values 1 redeemable SC at $1 for fiat or the equivalent cryptocurrency amount. Current Terms let Stake.us set a minimum and processing fee, but do not publish one fixed number available to every prospective player. The redemption screen is the place to see the current threshold and fee.
Fiat and cryptocurrency are the documented prize routes, subject to purchase history and account eligibility. Fiat purchases require fiat redemptions; cryptocurrency purchases require redemption through the same cryptocurrency. A different route can be selected for future activity only when the Stake Cash balance is zero.
One request is allowed per 24 hours, and Stake.us says it processes requests in order as soon as practicable without guaranteeing a timeframe. Large prizes may be paid in smaller increments.
Florida has a separate $5,000 daily maximum on the redemption value of Stake Cash won on any game or play through sweepstakes participation. Prize value above that daily amount will not be allocated or paid. KYC must be complete before any redemption is approved.
