Creating another account after abandoning an old one can violate the one-account rule. The safer route is to recover the original account through official support. Payment methods must also belong to the verified account holder, and Stake.us can request evidence of ownership.
Two-factor authentication should be enabled before an account holds meaningful promotional value. Players can also use Ghost mode and visibility controls to reduce what other users see, but these settings do not limit Stake.us’s internal data collection.
Suspension can follow account, location or transaction problems
Stake.us can restrict, suspend or deactivate an account for duplicate accounts, payment or redemption name mismatches, failed identity or source-of-funds checks, VPN or proxy use, underage access, participation from an unlawful location, account sharing, coordinated play, chargebacks, bots or failed due diligence.
Stake.us also prohibits third-party sites from offering Gold Coins or Stake Cash unless it explicitly authorizes the offer. Do not enter account credentials or payment details on a site that claims to sell either currency outside the official platform.
Closure is different from a safer-play break
Ordinary closure is requested through the dedicated account-closure email. Closing the account forfeits continued access to and use or benefit from Gold Coins, Stake Cash and unredeemed prizes. A reopening request can be considered after at least 24 hours under the Responsible Play policy and remains subject to internal checks.
A break in play preserves login and redemption access while disabling play, purchases and bonuses for a chosen period. Self-exclusion blocks account access more broadly and can prevent redemption during the selected term. Anyone with an eligible balance should understand those consequences before choosing the control.
Platform-wide closure is treated differently from customer-requested closure. If Stake.us closes the platform or a similar event occurs, the Terms say it will use commercially reasonable efforts to enable redemption of existing prizes, while rights to Gold Coins and Stake Cash end.
