Surprise Coins must become eligible

Surprise Coins awarded through a box or promotion must be played once in an applicable game before they become eligible. Cards, loyalty progress and other virtual items are not prize balances.

KYC and payment ownership checks can apply before completion. ZumbaCards can use the purchase method or an alternative bank route and requires an account or payment destination associated with the player.

Gift cards do not lower the threshold

Unlike Card Crush, ZumbaCards uses the same 100 eligible SC minimum for cash and gift cards. No public rule promises a standard processing range or fixed maximum, so the account status and support updates become more important.

The current Terms allow ZumbaCards to impose limits and verification. A player should not assume the shorter Card Crush or Clash5 timing rules apply here.
