The geo handoff is part of product access
The public games route performs a location handoff before loading the lobby. Current Terms prohibit use outside the United States and participation from Nevada or Washington.
VPNs, proxies and similar methods used to disguise a location are prohibited. A provider can also make an individual game unavailable even when the main ZumbaCards account remains accessible.
Eligibility must be rechecked while traveling
A registered address in an eligible state does not override the player’s physical location. Travel into an excluded state or outside the United States can change access and prize eligibility.
The current Terms provide the controlling product rule. The two-state exclusion list should not be presented as a legal approval in every other state.
