Dormancy is an account risk, not just a login inconvenience
Current Terms allow dormant account closure after 60 days. Cards and Surprise Coins are nontransferable, so another account cannot be used to preserve the collection or move a small prize balance.
The public rules do not describe the same explicit card-season retirement system documented by Card Crush and Clash5. That absence should not be replaced by an assumption that Zumbamon cards last forever.
Closure can cancel balances
Duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, location masking, chargebacks or other rule breaches can lead to suspension or closure and balance forfeiture. A voluntary closure should be considered only after any eligible prize issue is resolved.
Current sources do not establish a public 2FA feature. A unique password, secured email account and prompt review of unfamiliar purchase activity remain essential.
