Scarlet Sands excludes Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming under its current Terms.
California, Maine and Indiana are separately limited to Gold Coins mode and cannot use the SC promotion under the current state clause.
Age and identity
Scarlet Sands requires each user to be at least 21 or the higher age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction. Registration details must be accurate and belong to the user. Identity, age, address and location may be checked before or during access.
One account is allowed per person, and Scarlet Sands may also limit registration by IP address. Recover an existing account instead of opening a replacement after a password or email problem.
Travel and location controls
Eligibility depends on the user’s physical location, not only the address entered at registration. Scarlet Sands can request location access and verification evidence. A VPN, false address or altered document can lead to suspension or closure.
