Scarlet Sands Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
One account and accurate details
Scarlet Sands requires accurate registration information and can limit users to one account per person or IP address. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, rented or shared.
Use password recovery or official support if access is lost. A replacement account can be treated as a duplicate even when the original problem was accidental.
Updating or closing the account
Contact support to correct a legal name, email, phone number or address. Scarlet Sands may verify the change before restoring full access.
An account can be closed at the user’s request through support. Closure forfeits continued access to every virtual coin associated with the account. Save purchase records and resolve a disputed charge before asking for closure.
Conflicting inactivity clocks
Terms section 4.9 allows Scarlet Sands to close an account after 60 days of inactivity. Section 6.11 separately defines a dormant account as one without gameplay for 12 months and says virtual coins expire when the account becomes dormant.
Those clauses use different activity tests and time periods. The safer assumption is that access and coins can be affected after the shorter 60-day period. Support should clarify the account-specific deadline in writing if a balance or purchase record matters.
