What a purchase provides
Scarlet Sands sells Gold Coin packages in U.S. dollars through cards, PayPal and Apple Pay where available. A package can increase the entertainment balance and may include promotional SC. The checkout uses two confirmations before completion.
The charge descriptor is UTech Solutions LLC. Save the package screen and receipt so the coin quantity, price and date can be matched if the account is credited incorrectly.
Payment ownership and verification
Use only a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Scarlet Sands can request proof of card or account ownership and may review the source of funds or source of wealth. A name mismatch can delay access or lead to restriction.
Do not send a complete card number, security code, password or online-banking credentials by ordinary email. Ask support for a secure upload route and redact a card image to the specifically requested digits.
Final purchases and unused coins
Purchases are final under the current Terms. Gold Coins are not stored funds and cannot be refunded merely because their entertainment value was not used. Closing, suspending or terminating an account can affect remaining balances and pending prize requests.
