Scarlet Sands Responsible Play
The limits, cooling-off tools, self-exclusion options, and support resources available to players.
Current product controls
Scarlet Sands includes an SC prize route alongside Gold Coin entertainment play. That creates a risk of chasing a redeemable balance in addition to overspending, sleep disruption and excessive session time.
The current Terms document account closure through support. Purchase limits, session limits, time-outs or self-exclusion may appear only after registration and login, so use the authenticated control screen or request them through support.
Use controls before a session
Set an optional-purchase budget and session end time before opening a game. Device screen-time controls, payment-provider alerts and removal of saved payment details can create boundaries outside the platform.
Stop immediately if purchases are being hidden, sessions interfere with bills or sleep, or play continues mainly to recover losses or reach the 50 SC minimum.
Requesting stronger restriction
Ask support for the exact restriction needed and whether it blocks sign-in, purchases, marketing and account reopening. Save the confirmation and effective date. If permanent access removal is needed, request account closure and understand that unused virtual coins will be forfeited.
Put a practical boundary in place
- Stop play and optional purchases | Prevent the immediate pattern from continuing.
- Remove saved payment methods | Add friction before another purchase.
- Contact official support | Request the exact restriction or closure needed.
- Save the confirmation | Keep the effective date and case number.
