Verification scope
Roll Royale can conduct identity, credit, location and other checks it considers necessary. Account access can remain restricted until those checks are completed.
Requested records may include government photo ID, a utility bill matching the account address, a payslip or bank statement. A failure to provide required documents within 40 days can lead to restriction or deactivation.
Safe submission
Use the authenticated rollroyale.net flow or a secure method supplied by support. Do not send full identity documents to an unverified address or social account.
Keep the request date, document list and confirmation. KYC is required before an SC prize request, and the authenticated flow controls the exact document set.
