Roll Royale Customer Support
How to contact support, what response to expect, and where to escalate unresolved problems.
Building a support request
Include the registered email, user ID, transaction or round ID, date and UTC time, coin mode, amount and requested resolution. Use the official contact form and preserve its confirmation.
For a gameplay issue, add the exact title, stake, displayed result and connection state. For a purchase issue, include the package and payment reference without exposing full card details.
Complaints and arbitration
Complaints must be submitted within three months of the underlying issue under the public Terms. The Terms also include binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, with a 30-day opt-out procedure for eligible users who have not accepted an earlier arbitration clause.
Keep the Terms version accepted during registration. Current SC-specific dispute rules may appear in the authenticated Sweepstakes Rules and should be preserved separately.
