Amazon Jackpots Responsible Play
The limits, cooling-off tools, self-exclusion options, and support resources available to players.
Purchase limits and breaks
Daily or weekly purchase limits can be requested at [email protected]. The Responsible Gaming policy warns that the restriction is not active until confirmed in writing. A firm implementation deadline and cooling period for increasing a limit are not established.
Breaks can be requested for a selected duration using the subject Responsible Gaming Options. Access is blocked for the applied period, with automatic restoration described after a break unless continued locking is requested. Actual response time and enforcement were not tested.
Self-exclusion and its scope
Self-exclusion has a minimum six-month duration and uses the subject Self Exclusion Request. An active exclusion is described as irreversible during its chosen period. The policy applies to this website only. Mamba’s operation of Spinsly and other brands does not establish a shared exclusion list.
The reactivation wording conflicts: one passage describes automatic reactivation after a break or exclusion, while another requires contact before an excluded account reopens. The review cannot present either outcome as the sole rule. Written confirmation should resolve the applied period and reactivation process.
Submitting an email is not an immediate access block. Amazon Jackpots advises discontinuing access after requesting a restriction. That implementation gap is material for anyone relying on the control.
Pending prizes and SC expiry
The policy says pending redemptions will not be processed during a break or exclusion, while also describing reasonable efforts to arrange eligible redemptions for verified accounts through support. It discusses restoring coin balances after reactivation but separately describes forfeiture of previously earned rewards during exclusion.
Those provisions do not clearly reconcile with the 60-day SC dormancy rule. A minimum six-month exclusion exceeds that period, and an explicit SC-expiry exemption is not established. Unchanged preservation of every balance or reward therefore cannot be promised.
Anyone needing to stop should not continue playing to preserve SC or reach the cash threshold. Eligible prize handling can be raised separately with support while the access restriction is requested.
Rewards can encourage repeated spending
Poster purchases, tier progress, badges, prize pools and mission stages create several reasons to return. Some vault missions combine package purchases with hundreds of SC in play and repeated completions. Rewards do not remove the cost or risk of that activity, and increasing participation does not guarantee a better financial outcome.
A spending limit should cover all poster purchases, including promotional bundles. Stars and progression should be evaluated as entertainment features, not investments or a reason to chase prior expenditure.
