Which states does the poster product cover?

Amazon Jackpots ties eligibility to residence and the location from which the service is accessed. Section 3.4 of its Terms names New York, California and Indiana. This review covers that product, rather than assigning a broader state list from a different version of the brand.

The Official Rules use broader U.S.-resident language subject to restricted territories. The Terms give themselves priority when incorporated documents conflict, so the narrower poster-product clause is the basis of this review’s availability summary. Neither the poster model nor a successful login establishes that participation is lawful in every circumstance.

Age, location and household restrictions

The rules require at least 18 or a higher applicable age, while the Terms use over-18 wording or the higher local age of majority. Players must satisfy the applicable requirement. Amazon Jackpots may require identity documents and location services, including third-party checks.

VPN use and misrepresenting location are prohibited. Living in a named state does not automatically permit play while traveling elsewhere. Account limits can also apply by person, household, address, device, IP address or payment method. A separate email address does not override those restrictions.

What happens if availability changes?

Amazon Jackpots reserves the ability not to honor outstanding entries and associated benefits when governmental, legislative or regulatory action makes participation prohibited, restricted or impracticable. The provision extends to postal entries. An existing account therefore does not guarantee continuing access or prize eligibility after a state change.
