Amazon Jackpots Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
Profile and security controls
The authenticated Profile page includes personal and contact details, a password-change action, email and postal marketing preferences, and an optional notification about using redeemable balance. Essential system emails, such as password recovery, are not covered by marketing opt-out settings. Email changes are directed to customer services.
The login uses email and password with Remember Me and password recovery. Two-factor authentication and session-management controls remain unconfirmed. None of the account settings was changed during research.
One account and consistent details
Amazon Jackpots permits one account per person and can impose further household, address, device, IP and payment-method limits under its Terms. An account or its balances cannot be shared or transferred. Lost access should be addressed through recovery or support rather than a replacement registration.
Accurate residence and identity details matter because purchases, prize eligibility and postal entry validation can depend on them. Shared operation with Spinsly does not establish a right to transfer funds or use one brand’s verification for the other.
Two different inactivity rules
The Terms allow account closure after at least 60 days of inactivity without mandatory prior notice. Separately, the Official Rules expire SC after 60 consecutive days without SC gameplay. Logging in alone therefore should not be represented as protecting the SC balance.
These clauses do not establish a universal 60-day poster-expiry schedule. Continued access to purchased artwork after closure and any independent collection-retirement rules remain unconfirmed.
Closing an account
Ordinary closure can be requested through support and is described as reversible. It is distinct from a responsible-play break or self-exclusion. Virtual-coin benefits may be forfeited, and automatic payment of a remaining balance is not promised.
Players seeking a restriction on future access should use the responsible-play procedure. A pending prize or delivery issue can be raised separately so that its handling is recorded alongside the closure or exclusion request.
