Package structure
Golden Acorns are social-play credits and cannot be redeemed. Some packages include promotional Sweeps Coins, which remain governed by the separate Sweeps Rules.
Confirm the US dollar price, GC quantity, promotional SC and payment method before purchase. Do not treat a bonus SC amount as a purchased cash balance.
Final sales and payment issues
Completed purchases are generally final. Acorn Fun can apply a $25 fee to an unsuccessful ACH or similar bank transaction and can suspend an account while investigating a chargeback.
Contact support first when a purchase is delayed, duplicated or credited incorrectly. Preserve the checkout screen and receipt.
