Limits and breaks
Daily, weekly and monthly purchase and SC play limits are available. Players can also set a daily login-time limit of up to 10 hours. A limit decrease takes effect immediately, while an increase or removal carries a three-day cooling period.
Short breaks are available for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. Pending prize requests continue, but account access, play, purchases and new requests are restricted during the break.
Self-exclusion and policy quality
Self-exclusion lasts at least six months and can extend longer. Reactivation after the minimum period includes another seven-day waiting period and remains subject to review.
The current Responsible Social Gameplay policy documents useful controls but contains broken wording, merged clauses and an update year displayed as 226. Preserve support confirmations instead of relying on the page layout alone.
