What a purchase provides
Cider Casino sells Gold Coin access for standard entertainment play. A specifically marked package may include bonus SC, but SC cannot be purchased directly. The checkout screen should identify the Gold Coins, any promotional SC and the total charge before confirmation.
Gold Coins and non-redeemable Splash Coins are licensed virtual items, not stored money. Closing or suspending an account can remove access to them.
Payment ownership and refunds
Cider Casino requires the payment mechanism to belong lawfully to the account holder. A mismatch between the legal name on the account, identity documents and payment instrument can lead to verification or account restrictions.
Purchases are final under Terms v6.2. Restricted-territory purchases may be voided and refunded minus an administrative fee of up to 10 percent plus outside financial-institution charges.
Keep a transaction record
Save the package screen, receipt, date, amount and descriptor. If a package or bonus is credited incorrectly, contact official support before replaying or repurchasing. A second charge can make the record harder to resolve.
